Find your superpower.

The struggle is real, grief magnetises struggles faster than it can find space for them.

It also magnetises joy, the pain & the struggles can exist together with the joy.

Only…. Only if we let it in, imagine it, recognise it.

What if we decide to live life with both, not separating the pain of grief from joy. Allowing them to each have space, in the same hands. Delicate hands of ours. We opt to care for both.

Now, that, could just well be where the magic is. Your SuperPower.

The struggles can be seen as heavy, the pursuit of joy can be tricky, rather like going against the current.

I guess, this life, will always deliver struggles… they’ll feel relentless 🤔. Grief tests us over & over.

Is it saying …

⭐️You’ll drown with me.

Or

⭐️Let’s do this together, forever.

I really don’t fancy drowning, so I prefer to embrace grief, hold it up, look after it for the rest of my life, hold it in one hand & balance it with joy, in the other.

No fighting. No forgetting …. Just simply living with grief & joy in harmony.
