Step by step, we accept that movement & motion are essential to us facing fears, progressing. The tiny step of taking action, simply moving our mind, to progress with the less than perfect timing, lack of preparation & understanding of so many things.

We can keep pace, set the pace whilst also holding space for grief, the memories along with the voids & unknowns.

Imagine that heaven is watching closely, aware of the ticking time bomb that is attached to life.

Our world stopped, turned upside down, fell away. Balance seemed unattainable, until we attempted to keep pace. The world showed us that we can progress with fear.

Holding space whilst keeping pace. Trust the pace, be grateful for the space.

However grief feels today, simply ….. keep going ⭐
