Short of Joy ?

A short word .. JOY. Life is full of it, although it gets missed, over & over.

Wherever we are at, whatever is going on, the best parts, the worst bits & the absolutely horrific Seasons… it can be found.

Maybe it’s in a word, a hug, a look… it could come from the warmth of the sunshine or the simplicity of a moment.

Joy could well be a state of mind it’s certainly has to be looked for. It does knock on your door, it trips you up, it’s loud & it’s quiet … obvious & hidden.

Are your skies clear blue or murky grey ? …. The short answer is this … they contain Joy.

There’s no shortage.

Go seek it.
