Nothing is permanent ..

Incase anyone needs reminding today ❤

We know this, generally we are fully aware that the holiday will end, that great times will come to an end … as nothing is permanent. We associate this phrase with the fabulous bits.

However, when we are experiencing pain & heartache, deeply … or general off balance feelings. We must remind ourselves & trust that the intensity of the pain is not permanent…. It just can’t be, won’t be… trust that.

It changes we wouldn’t want to be in a permanent place of fear and pain.

Remember this, permanently.
