“ This is too hard “

“ Listen, you don’t seriously think you can survive this “

“ It’s going to be impossible “

Surely, there’s another choice 🤔

Well, yes ! There’s always another choice, always. Your mind may not clear the way to see, hear or imagine other choices.

Trust that there are …

The third choice here is ..

⭐️Give it everything you have, everything you’ve got, show up.

Now, that one shouts at me, however hard it’s always possible to choose another option.

Show up, with grief.
