A new day, the sun is shining. The weekend is unfolding ….

Moan ? Yes, moan … you know, expressing to yourself or others how things are just.. well, urghh. Not perfect, not falling into place or going to plan.

Is it a state of mind, a mission or a gift 🤔

“I believe in you” …. A statement, that is filled with hope, trust, strength. Raising confidence & spirits.

There are many lasts in life, they come in all shapes & sizes. Viewed as a final, signifying the ending of something, generally a period of time.

Morning has been gifted, we’ve arrived in a new day. Meaning, one thing, we are living.

Today is a new day … 24 hours to work on life, learning, living, looking after ourselves.

Everything changes after the loss of a partner or spouse re.

Another Monday is upon us, inviting us to .. take a peak inside, jump on the merry go round & begin.

Each day can be the start of the next adventure …. Can it not ?

Warm climates, peace, calm…

There are signs throughout our days .. signposts on our journey, directions on packaging, instructions in emails & so it goes ON .. they’re endless. Some we see, some we miss … some we follow, others we don’t !

Each day is a new day, we can add the ☀ SUN to our day … by adopting a sunshine state of mind.

Each of us use different phrases … some are looking in on another persons grief, some are living & flowing with their grief… imagination & reality are subtly different, meaning words used to articulate will be different. Fairly obvious I guess, although likely not articulated well.

Life can & does change in a moment …. A tiny moment.

Holly is now 20, she was 19 when her Dad passed. At the time of his grim diagnosis she was in Australia … she had headed there for a year to work with a gorgeous friend, Emilie.

The chapter where loss appeared wasn’t in any imagined scenario of our personal story books …

The magic that resides within us .. each of us.
