An UNCOMFORTABLE life lesson, I’m certain..

Life delivers lessons, endlessly.

Some are easier learnt, some we desperately want to learn, find easy to retain. Others, not so.

When love & loss collide, life feels very uncertain. The lesson is uncomfortable, actually beyond uncomfortable, it’s unfathomable too.

Learning that handling uncertainty in life, is maybe the biggest lesson ever. A skill to be proud of, will serve us, carry us …. grief teaches us that life is uncertain, however, that’s ok.

To carry with us loss, feeling comfortable doing so was a lesson we didn’t ask for, sign up to or imagine, yet. It was an uncomfortable lesson, there’s no hiding.

Knowing that life will continue to deliver connections, beauty & never ending lessons, until one day it can’t, as the life timer will stop … is, incredible, I’m certain of that.

Be certain to show up for every lesson, however uncomfortable it feels.
